We started out fixing roofs and putting up with freezing attics just like everyone else around here. Based out of the 2000 Town Center, we realized pretty quick that a lot of folks in Michigan are dealing with bad insulation and zero ventilation. We don't use stock photos of mansions. These are real older homes around Detroit that we've fixed up.

Drafty Bungalow in Ferndale

This older bungalow was costing the owners a fortune in heating bills. We went in, pulled out some old, matted-down fiberglass batts, and blew in a fresh, thick layer of insulation. We also found an old bathroom fan venting right into the attic and capped that off. It's a completely different house now.

Ridge Vent Fix in Royal Oak

We got a call about mold spots on an attic ceiling. Turns out, the previous roofers completely botched the ventilation—blocked the soffits and didn't install a ridge vent. We cut a proper ridge vent, cleared out the eaves, and gave this roof the airflow it desperately needed so it wouldn't rot out underneath them.
